Nutritional Coaching

Eat your best. Feel your best.

Nutritional Coaching

At VP Health, our Nutritional Coaching services help you make sense of food in a way that supports your goals — whether that’s losing weight, managing health conditions, improving energy, balancing hormones, or simply feeling better in your body. We combine clinical nutrition training with practical strategies that fit your life.

Our Approach

We believe lasting change comes from clear information, practical plans, and ongoing support.

Assessment — We begin with a thorough intake: food patterns, symptom mapping, and goals. When appropriate, our nutrition team may consult with Dr. Pilling, ND to address hormonal concerns and digestive optimization.

Personalized plan — No one-size-fits-all diets. Your plan will include achievable food and lifestyle recommendations, meal planning, and portion guidance.

Education & skills — We teach you how to read labels, balance meals, manage appetite and cravings, and plan ahead for busy days. We also cover cooking tips, shopping strategies, and simple swaps that make a big difference.

Follow-up & accountability — Change takes time. Follow-up appointments focus on troubleshooting, adjusting the plan based on results, and building sustainable habits.

Meet Our Nutritionist

Camille is a Southern Alberta local, born and raised in Fort Macleod and drawn to Lethbridge for university. Through her own health and nutrition journey, Camille experienced firsthand how powerful, sustainable habits and mindset shifts can change your life. That personal journey inspired her to further her education and expertise in nutrition, becoming a PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach.

Camille is passionate about helping people build healthier routines that are realistic, empowering, and designed to support long-term wellbeing — no quick fixes. She takes a practical, compassionate approach to nutrition, meeting clients where they are and helping them create habits that fit into real life.

Outside of the clinic, Camille enjoys being active in the gym, camping, and spending time in the mountains to recharge. She values a lifestyle that blends movement, nourishment, and the restorative power of the outdoors.
